Where are da pics?

I recently upgraded to Windows XP SP2, and Office XP SP3, and now, I can't
get any pictures to load in Outlook XP! EVERY message just appears as plain
text now, and I can't get my daily comics anymore because of it... Unless I
open my webbrowser, and MANUALLY enter in all my log in info every day for
all my email accounts. Any hints?
