Where are the CommandBar resources?

Hi all, I have an application that runs on Access 2k and can't be easily
ported to 2003.
I am currently trying to renew the UI and I am facing 2 problems:
1. can Win XP styles be applied to Access 2k forms? I know VB apps can be
modified to accomplish this, but I do not see a way to do this in Access
2. where are the Office commandbar icons? I tried to locate them in order to
change them with XP-like icons, with no success.
