office symbol of the corresponder. This data should be stored to view

What is a "directorate tasker"?

Perhaps you could clarify how you gather and store the information and
perhaps someone could offer a suggestion.

If there's no appropriate template on the Microsoft site, then it is
unlikely you will find one. There's no worthwhile business model for anyone
to create database templates as a business, and they are a good deal more
effort than a sample database. It would be much more likely to find a free
example database that could be modified to fit your needs than a free
template done by anyone but Microsoft as part of their product support.
