Where can I find Project 2003 templates for Contract Administration?

I am researching the viability of using MS Project 2003 as a tool for Contract Administration for a client. Do any Project templates for CA currently exist somewhere? Also, I would like comments on whether or not MS Project will handily do the job with respects to life-cycle mgt, alerting, document mgt, and issues mgt.
