Where do I post a grievance for a PPT Certif test pb?

I took the PPT 2000 Certif Core test, and failed..
But one of the questions had an obvious problem, the
drop-down menu where I should have found my answer was
partly empty.
Is there a place where I can place a complaint, or notify
MS of that problem?
