Where does Microsoft outlook 2000 store the address book and e-ma

I had to get a different computer and I need to find out where Outlook 2000
stores it's e-mail and address book can anyone please help me?

2000 stores it's e-mail and address book can anyone please help me?

All the files are store in a personal folders file with the .PST extension.
Search for that and you have all your mail archives and contacts list,
journal entries etc.
