Where does Outlook keep security settings on registry?

Hi

I am writing an application that sends secure emails (signed and
encrypted) via Outlook 97 and Outlook 2000.

Does anyone know where on the registry Outlook keeps its security
settings? I need to determine programmatically whether my user has
setup his Secure E-mail yet. (Tools|Options|Security|Setup Secure
E-mail). Is there a key on the registry where I can pick this up?
