Where/How can i display the From field when sending emails

Twofold question. Which option allows me to display the "From" field
when I am sending an email? Normally the to, cc and Subject line
appear, but I want the From header/field to display as well. The 2nd
part of the questions is; Is the procedure the same for an exchange
environment when you are viewing an additional mailbox, and you want
the From header to be displayed? I have office XP, and Office 2000.

Create a new message and the it's under View-> From Field. When you have
Word as e-maileditor you need to press the little downarrow on the Options
button

The From field will be displayed in every newly created message (including
replying and forwarding) now so that answers question 2, right?
