Where is Earl for Word 2003?

I loved using Earl as my Office Assistant...the assistants for Office2003 are
pretty lame. Is Earl coming back?

Not likely since it is a different file format and incompatible with any
version of Office except 97.

I guess the same is true for genius (not compatible with anything except 97)?
Where are the 2003 assistants? I don't see any except for '97.
