Where is the Attachment Line??

[frustrated]

Recently installed Outlook 2003, now when I go to attach a
message it doe not create an attachment line. Any help
would be appreaciated.

outlook 2003 renders the attachment icon/filename right under the subject
line.

That's typically how it was showing on the 2002 v. But
after the 2003 install they appear in the body of the
message.

two thoughts at this point.... message format is set to rtf and/or word
being the e-mail editor or not.
