Where is the scanning feature in office 2010?

Cannot locate the feature to allow scanning in Office 2010 beta,
particularly, Publisher.

Look in the Organizer, File, Add Clips to Organizer, From scanner or camera. You
access the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office Tools.
