where to download excel 97

Hi
you have to buy Excel (though Excel 97 is not available at MS
anymore -> you may look at ebay)
There's no download for Excel (at least no legal one)

If you need a free spreadsheet you may have a look at OpenOffice
(www.openoffice.org)

If you want to download it, you can try a napster-like program.

You should buy it though if you can find it.. by this point it should be
dirt cheap.
