Where's the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2000???

I have Outlook 2000 at home (without an Exchange server)
and cannot find the Out of Office Assistant in the usual
Tools menu place. Do I need to do something to get it to
appear in the Tools menu?

Out of Office Assistant is an available feature only if you connect to
Microsoft Exchange Server as your mail server. If you don't use Exchange
Server, you can use Outlook Rules Wizard or one of the third-party automatic
