Which is best? Office 200 + Publisher 2002 or..

I am doing some reserch for a small church office.

We currently are using Office 2000 Pro (which comes with Publisher 2000) Te
office has 3 pcs that are using XP.

Because we get newsletters in Publisher 2002, we'd like to upgrade to
Publisher 2002. How well does Publisher 2002 work with Office Pro 2000?
What problems are there, if any?

Would it be better to just get Office XP Pro + Publisher 2002 or just Ofice
Pro 2003? We really looking for advice, here.

Yes, we know to get volume license for 5 PCs.

Office XP is no longer on the market. Publisher 2002 will open Publisher 2003
documents. You can use Publisher 2002 and 03 as standalone products, you don't need
the entire Office suite.

We're currently using Office 2000 Professional. Are you saying that we can
just get the Publisher 2002 standalone? This will work fine with Office 2000?

Yes, you can use Publisher 2002 as a standalone. I would advise however to create a
folder and install Publisher that designated folder. Doing it this way you can use
both Publisher 2000 and 2002, otherwise 2002 will overwrite.
