white box around image

If you open the picture in Publisher, you will get a Picture tool bar where
you can lighten, darken, compress, crop, etc... There is a wand or pencil
like icon and if you sweep over it, it will say "Set Transparent Color" If
you click on the white box, the white will become transparent. Now, it will
also make ANY white in that picture clear, so I get around that by drawing
some white shapes with no line and setting them behind anything that should
be white and not clear.
