White text, black background

Does anyone know of a way to make the background in Word documents black and
the text white? I don't want it to print that way, but it's easier to stare
at the computer for long periods of time if you can switch to a view where
the background is black instead of white. This increases the contrast. Most
programming and technical software has this capablilty.

You can have blue and white! Tools > options > general

You can set your Windows colour scheme to High Contrast Black, but this will
change the way everything displays, not just Word.
