Who is Locking Project

Wanting to know how to determine WHO is locking a project file in a SQL
Server deployment of project connecting via ODBC. Can see in MSP_PROJECT
that there is a WRITE lock taken out and also what the MACHINE_ID is but
cannot tell who the user is? This is using MS Project 2000 or 2002 with a
central project database repository (NOTE:- not using Project Server).

Any clues anyone?
