What do you show at the bottom of that window? What "New IE" did you
install?

After furious head scratching, OM asked:

| I don't have a "Reset Web Settings" button at that address. I'm using
| XP, Outlook 2000, and my hyperlinks haven't worked from Outlook since
| I installed the new Internet Exporer (as a trial - Firefox is my
| default browser).
|
| Any ideas why ? I've tried the solution thrown up of clearing the DDE
| check in the Edit File Type window, and no effect. If I select the
| hyperlink (blue text), and paste it into Word, then the link
| works.....
|
| Thanks for any help.
