when sending emails, the recipient recieves the same email numerous times?

tell your recipient that he/she could check the following settings:

"Why does my Outlook keep receiving duplicate messages?"

You could check your rules in Outlook (tools/Rules Wizard) if you have a
rule to send a copy of an e-mail to your recipients address.

Make sure you are NOT scanning outgoing mail with an antivirus scanner.
