Why aren't my pages printing in correct order in Publisher?

I am making a booklet in Publisher. Depending on the # of pages, when I try
to print it, the pages are out of order, even if the Print Preview is
correct.
I have 6 pages.

I can't get it to work!
HELP!

I tried 8 pages and I am still having the same problem.

To clarify, what would you consider to be the "correct order"?

When you look at print preview is page 8 next to page 1?

If the print preview shows page 1 next to page 2 then you do not have your
publication setup as a booklet.

They will look out of order until you fold them
1-8 will be outside covers
2-7 will be inside covers
3-6
4-5 inside spread

4 sheets-8 pages
