Why can't I activate?

Installed Office2002,but could not activate (communication error).Now only
basic actions available. What next?

There is a phone number on the activation page... call and explain your problem.

Have you ever called and tryed to get support from the activation folks! If
you had you would not make this suggestion. I did. It was the most
frustrating, useless waste of time in my entire life. If you don't have a
string of numbers, they can do NOTHING for you! If you ask questions that
are not on their script, they go back to the beginning and ask you for the
first six numbers.

It is a time consuming process however it is easier with MS than with Adobe.
The string of numbers you need are in the dialog box when you choose to
activate using the telephone method.
