One of two things. Look under Format/Font or Format/Text Styles (most
likely the latter). Someone has designated that task to be "blue" when
certain conditions are met and apparently those conditions have been met.

That was the problem - Format / Text Styles. For some reason, Non-critical
tasks are changed to blue with size 9 font. Thank you.
