Lost in Outlook

When I open Outlook and am receiving messages I get an error message that an
error in Word occured and it can save my work but it has to close down and
start up again. This also happens when I am replying to someone on Outlook. I
have allowed the error message to send a error report back to microsoft on a
daily basis, multiple times a day but I can't seem to find this error
anywhere on microsofts website. Please help me.

When I clicked into the error details it had a bunch of different numbers:

AppName: winword.exe
ModName: hpzpm309.dll
fDebug: 0
AppVer: 11.0.6359.0
ModVer: 2.245.1.0
Offset: 00036293
AppStamp: 40c8b025
ModStamp: 40978798

This is a brand new computer not even two weeks old and I purchased all new
programs so that I would not have any problems like this.

PLEASE help!

The error details suggest a problem with your printer driver. Does the error
persist if you select a different default printer in Windows? Try deleting
and reinstalling the printer in Start | Control Panel | Printers. You might
also check on the HP website for an updated driver while you're at it.
