why do my pictures crop when shown in a Powerpoint slide show

I have a small Powerpoint presentation and when viewed in the slide sorter,
the pictures look fine. When I run the slide show it crops them. Does
someone know how to fix it to show the whole photo on the screen?

Are the pictures not completely on the slide? Double-click one of the slides
in slide sorter view so you can look at it in normal view. Anything hanging
off the edge?
