Why does it say my Microsoft Office software is not genuine?

I tried to download a Word template on-line, but I got a message saying my
Microsoft Office 2007 is not genuine. I ran the software validation on the
Microsoft Genuine Software Website, and it said my software IS genuine! What
is going on?

I'm running Office Student/Home edition, 2007. I bought it at Office Depot.
I also ran the diagnostic tool in Word and it said everything is running fine.

Thanks

When you check the details, what application does it say is failing? What happens if you follow the instructions?

It doesn't say any application is failing. I did follow the instructions,
and the Genuine Microsoft Software website says that my system has been
validated.
