Why does my email change is forwarded?

I have created an email newsletter. I like the look and format but something
happens when this message is forwarded from the direct recipient to others:
One text box of my message get repositioned to the upper left corner of the
letter, therefore, messing the entire look and format. Does ANYONE have any
suggestions? I'm in dire need of some help here. Thanks a lot.

Your best bet is to find a newsgroup related to HTML *and* which ever email
client is being used.
