Why does my outlook start up disconnected?

When I start outlook in the lower right corner it says disconnected then
after a minute or two it connects. It just started doing this. How do i get
it to load connected?

Are you connecting to an Exchange server?

Then it sounds like you're using cached mode and it's trying to find the
server. Is it really *minutes* before it connects? Sounds like there are
network connectivity problems.
