Once you open Publisher, and selct the type of publicatoin, if you go to
insert , picture,and then clip art, in the lower left corner of the window.
There are three links: the first is Organize clips, the next is Clip art on
Office online, and the last isTips for finding clips.
Two of them work fine however, the Clip art on Office online does not.
Open help, in the task pane, scroll down to "see also", click Online Content
Settings, check the appropriate boxes, especially check boxes 1 and 2.
