Why don't Publisher e-newsletters print a second page correctly?

I've tried to print an e-newsletter created with Microsoft Publisher. It does
not print beyond the end of the first page of paper, even though the
e-newsletter is correct on the screen. What is causing this to happen?

Don - It prints fine when it appears as a stand-alone, but when it's
contained in my e-mail client, it overflows the painted page and just cuts
off everything that follows. Does this have something to do with the e-mail
"letterhead", i.e. the ToFrom/Subject lines? Could the printer be looking for
some other format?

Thanks Joann - I've also tried that approach, and it works.

Here's another odd quirk I discovered. It will sometimes print the "whole
page" - dependent on the font I use for text!

I guess Publisher has some "idiosyncracies."

No - it has to do with the way the Publisher converts it to an email. It
basically becomes a large picture. Even making it longer may not work. I
spent all evening tweaking a Publisher email so that it would print the
minimum information we needed. (It was a photo, text, and a coupon.) I
called my region director and we coordinated our efforts over the phone. It
wasn't hard work but it was a pain in the butt.

It's meant for print - literally. The electronic aspect of it is another
feature but it's not perfect. But I still love the program.

:

Double the length of page one and put everything on page one.
