So Matt, what are you asking?

There is an installation disk for PowerPoint full versions that fires up an
office installation program, and the upgrade versions also uses an
installation program. I believe that Office 2003 (which contains PowerPoint
2003) can even be downloaded for trial off of Microsoft's web site. While
there, you can also visit the download page and grab the PowerPoint viewer
program that also comes with a small app that installs it.

Do you mean an add-in installer?

Not being able to see what you are working on makes it difficult to know
what you don't state in your post. Please, let us know how we may enhance
your efforts.
