Why I can't set outlook's addresser?

When I use another addresser to send mail,
it reports that i don't have enough privilege to send mail with the
appointed ddresser.
But I can do this yesterday.And I can do it now on another computer.
I reinstalled outlook 2003,the problem still exists.
And I don't know how can I do.
Thanks for your help.
