Why is background color printing in green with lines?

Um, we need some more info from you.

What kind of background is it? Is it a photo? Is it one of the MS PPT design
templates?

Which version of PPT? Which OS? What kind of printer are you printing to?

Does this happen on your machine only, or does it happen if you try to print
from a different computer? How about if you print to a different printer (if
there's one available, that is)?
