Why is it not accepting the product key number?!!!!

I just purchased the Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and I'm
trying to load it on my computer and it is not accepting the "product key
number," I'm very frustrated with this product!!!!!

You need to watch the digits. Bs and 8s can look alike.
