Why is my Form Page Wizard Missing?

I have added a form to a web page in FrontPage 2003. When I click on Form
properties the Send to is greyed out. So I tried to make a form on a
completely new page following Microsoft instructions: New page, more
templates... But the Form Page Wizard template is not under the general tab.


Can somebody out there help?

Delores,

You should be able to simply click the radio button right next to the words
Send to and make those fields active. If not you might want to try repairing
your FrontPage installation. Let me know if these two options don't fix the
problem.
