why isnt my registration key working?

Hi, I'm trying to get microsoft office on my computer and when I put in my
product registration key it says its not valid but I've tryed it 3 times and
it says the same thing. What should I do?

Make sure that you use the correct "B" and "8" and "0". The keys do
not use the letter "o".
