so, provide details. If not you would do best to seek a more appropriate
newsgroup. In any case, don't assume people are familiar with the question

The people who answer questions here are all unpaid volunteers,
donating time. Sometimes I'll see a question which I cannot
understand, or to which I do not know the answer, or which doesn't
provide enough information to allow a suggestion, and I'll just skip
it.

Please repost your question with enough detail that someone not
familiar with the problem would be able to understand it.
