Why Outlook blocks a link I want to access?

Since the last upgrades to Vista & Outlook y cannot open links from an E-Mail
or news I receive.

The messages that contain the links you are trying to use are located in
your "Inbox" or "Junk Email" folder? Keep in mind that messages stored in
"Junk E-mail" folder will have their links disabled by default.

The messages says there are restrictions and to see the admin? This is a
problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your internet
settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control panel,
Internet options, Advanced tab).
