I don't understand why so many of the answers to questions are accompanied by
a slap or a jab?
Is the idea to help people and get them to like Publisher? Why the mean edge?
I think that most of the people who post a QUESTION are:
- newbies
- think they are speaking directly to Microsoft
- are really interested in Publisher
(I'm not saying you can't vent ---Maybe there should be a "Publisher
Question Answerers' Therapy" category added to the choice of discussion
groups - go vent there and not beat up people who are lost.)

All would benefit by reading the Microsoft rules of conduct
concerning the Newsgroups. However, READ is a four-letter
word. The F1 key is unknown. They will use Google for
everything except to search for information regarding error
