Why want the keyboard allow you to type duplicate letters?

Could someone help? My keyboard is only allowing two correction strokes and
cannot type duplicate letter.

?? Care to explain what you mean by "My keyboard is only allowing two
correction strokes and cannot type duplicate letter". After all you
typed TWO "R"s and TWO "T"s and TWO "L"s.

Click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options | Keyboard |
uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" box | OK.
