I built a new XP Pro machine and transfered the user
account settings from my Win200 Pro machine to the XP
platform.

Getting my PDA to work with my Outlook 2000 on the XP
machine was a problem but finally after giving up on
upgrading to Outlook 2002 it works.

The only problem is that when I start the user account I
have my PDA(iPAQ 1945)on, I get the following message:

"Document Settings\myrt webb\application
data\microsoft\add ins C:\Program Files\MS
Office\Office\add ins\outbak.dll is not an acceptable add
in for Outlook"

Problem is that the file "outbak.dll" is not in the Add
Ins folder referenced in the message.

I have system files turned on.

How can I get rid of this message?

outback.dll is part of MS OL backup addin.
If used with OL2K it will show up under com addins. Perhaps you attempted to
install the addin and it did'nt register correctly? It should also show up
in Add/Remove apps dialogue.

Thanks for the reply.

There is nothing in the AddIns folder. I cannot find
a "coms" folder.

There is nothing in the Add/Remove utility except Outlook.

This only happens on the user account that is hooked to
my pda. It does not happen on the administrator account.

What are my options?

These aren't folders, in OL Tools/Options.......Other/Advanced
Options.....Com Addins
I see you transfered settings from other install, If you had the backup
addin installed on that build its possible you have transfered some settings
from that.
Go to MS OL site and download and install OL Backup addin
