wierd send problem via Outlook

Hey all,

When I send a message via Hotmail through Outlook 2002,
sometimes it says it is sent. I then check the sent items
(on the local folder) and it's there as sent, I then
check the online folder for hotmail and it's NOT there.
The message of course will not be delivered. The wierd
thing is, when I hit "forward" on the sent message and re-
enter the details and send again, it sends and appears in
the sent items both locally and on the hotmail sent items
folder. Any ideas what's going on!?!??!

It sounds like the Hotmail server responded to Outlook, saying that the
message had been properly submitted and sent, when that wasn't the case.
Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
all the httpX.log files after this happens?
