Will Microsoft Office 97 run on 64 bit PC

I lost my hard drive and need to re-install Office 97 which is 32 bit. Will
I be able to install it on 64 bit Vista, if so how?

At a minimum you would need to log on as administrator, turn off UAC and
then put the CD in the drive.
