Will Outlook 2010 work on an Apple Server with Apple Devices?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap I operate a small consulting firm that uses a mac-mini server with Snow Leopard OS. Each employee has a Macbook and iPhone which are "sync-ed". You would think that with all Apple products, and the fact that Apple touts their mac-mini as a great business server with unlimited user expandability, that we would be in great shape. There is one huge problem. The Apple Mail, iCal, and Address Book programs are woefully inadequate for business use. I could go into why but, anyone that has used them already knows why. So, we bought Office 2008 for Mac and tried Entourage. Now, I have read most all of the posts about how Outlook 2010 will be the savior etc, etc. But, none of these posts seem to actually come out and say that it will work like we need it to on a Mac Server with Macbooks and iPhones. What I mean by this is, all of the prior posts seem to indicate that all will be fixed when used with "Exchange" as the mail server. Can someone please confirm if Outlook 2010 is being properly designed to syncronize all data (i.e. email, calendar items, and contacts) when using an ALL APPLE HARDWARE PACKAGE? Thanks, Mike
