Will powerpoint 2007 work on other computers without it?

Without what?

- Without Windows: No
- Without Office: Install the PowerPoint Viewer 2007
- With Office 2000 - 2003: Install the Compatibility Pack

Also, for Office 2003 - upgrade to the latest service pack (SP3) which
includes the compatibility pack.
