Windows 2000 "Picture & Fax Viewer" Is there one?

There is a "Windows Picture & Fax Viewer" in XP that allows you to preview
pictures from your file or a CD in the full screen format, scrollling up or
down thru the file. Is there a comparable "picture viewer in Windows 2000
that functions the same way?

I also figured out you can "explore"
Open the file you want
Highlight the first Picture
RIGHT CLICK
"Open with"
Select Microsoft Office Picture Manager
