Windows Installer attempts to run each time I start an Office 2002 Application

I am running Windows XP Home (5.1.2600) and Office 2002
and each time I start MS Word I get the Windows Installed
up program start up and I have to cancel out of it. The
last time I got an "Error 1706 Setup cannot find the
required files..." All my Office Apps work fine after I
cancel out of these annoying setup apps that light off
each time I try to start an Office app.
