Windows installer window.

Just installed Office 2003 Pro. Everything works OK except Outlook. Every time I open Outlook a wiindow pops up titled "Windows Installer" saying "Preparing to Install". It pops up twice to fully open the progam (for a second or so each
and then once as each Email comes in. Have removed and reinstalled--no help
How do I stop this
