Windows mail on Vista Home Premium

Where do i find the option for the little envelope to pop up when a nw
email arrives?

Might sound daft but i am new to Vista and cannot find it for looking.

Windows mail is not part of Microsoft Office. And the setting in Outlook
which is part of Office will not be the same. Perhaps you could ask over
in one of the Vista groups instead.
