Running Office 2007 Home and Student on Vista Business?

My Dell PC came with Vista Business installed on it, although I don't use it
for business purposes (it's down to Dell's daft options when I bought the
PC). What I'd like to know is there any technical reason why I couldn't
install Office 2007 Home and Student Version on it?

You had the option when purchasing a Dell to select one with a different
o/s, you made the choice

As long as you uninstall any trial version of Office, together with its
activation assistant, then reboot you can install any purchased version of
Office 2007 - its the actual o/s & not the particular version that is the
requirement

I bought a business machine as it could have in home service plus I liked the
look of it better than the others, it was a choice of XP Pro or Vista
Business because of that.

As long as it wont cause any install problems that's fine, I've never
installed any version of Office on it, only MS Works 9 which it came with,
but there's a really good deal with Office 2007 Home and Student at several
retailers here in the UK at the moment.
