Windows 7.
Windows Live Mail is the new free mail client from Microsoft which you
can download from http://get.live.com
The newsgroup that you are posting in is for Microsoft Office Outlook
which is included in several Microsoft Office Suites or can be bought
separately at your favorite software vendor.
